I have been working on design for such a long time without ever visiting the site. Recently, we need to use high-pressure oxygen (at a pressure of 6.0 MPa). Could that expert please share some photos of the pressure regulation stations for high-pressure oxygen valves? Additionally, are there any special requirements for the valves, pipeline layout, and installation on such high-pressure oxygen pipelines?
For high-pressure oxygen, attention must be paid to the oxygen flow rate as well as the choice of valve material; in addition, there are strict requirements regarding the straight sections of pipe before and after the valve, as rapid changes in flow rate can easily lead to accidents
