As shown in the attachment, what exactly is the pressure when this 4.0T value remains unchanged? I seek advice from experts
I’ve never heard of such a unit. 【1.0 MPa is what is commonly referred to as 10 kilograms; T usually stands for tons, which is 4000 kilograms】

"4.0T” refers to threads machined on the outer diameter, with PN≤4.0.
The 4T you mentioned should refer to 4000 kgf/cm2 = 400 MPa. For reference only; any similarities are purely coincidental!
4.0T refers to pipes with threads machined on the outer diameter, and is suitable for connecting valve components with PN≤4.0.
There’s clearly a problem with your answer; according to you, a wall thickness of 400 MPa is thinner than 20 MPa?
Does that mean pipes with PN>4.0MPa cannot have threads machined?
