Pressure pipeline

We are carrying out construction work for torch environmental protection systems; the pipes used in our system are open-type pipes, through which gases flow and are burned and released from the torch head. For the pipes that connect to the pipeline gallery, our side’s pipes are vent pipes with extremely low pressure; is it still necessary to go through approval procedures?
This type at normal pressure doesn’t fall under the category of pressure pipelines, right?
Hello, the design drawing specifies GC2, but in actual use it remains open at all times, so the pressure is certainly not high. The relevant notifications have also been handled. I’m not sure if a special inspection is needed
The torch main pipe is maintained at a slight positive pressure, with an operating pressure of less than 0.1 Mpa; it does not fall under the category of pressure pipelines. However, areas with high pressure in front of the safety valve and in front of the equipment vent isolation valve are classified as pressure pipelines
