Major repairs and modifications of pressure pipelines

Article 113 of TSG D0001-2009 \"Regulations on Safety Supervision of Pressure Piping – Industrial Piping\" states: \"Major repairs refer to the repair of pressure-bearing components in those parts of the piping that cannot be mechanically disassembled, as well as the replacement of pipe sections and valves using welding methods, pipe straightening, patching and rewelding of pressure-bearing components, and sealing leaks while the pipeline is under pressure.\" ”Is it considered major maintenance if only the weld is repaired or the entire section is cut out and repaired? Is it considered major maintenance if the pipes are only straightened using heating or mechanical methods, without welding?
It belongs to that category, but supervision and inspection aren’t necessarily required!
Repairing or completely cutting out and repairing the welds has caused significant changes to the structure of the original pipeline; this is definitely considered major maintenance
Be cautious when using heating or mechanical methods for correction!
