HF is the abbreviation for Hard Face, referring to the cemented carbide sealing surface.
According to standard HG/T 20610, section 7.0.2: The gasket shall have a permanent mark (such as a steel stamp) on the centering ring. Gaskets of the basic type or those with an inner ring should be marked with a fixed label on the packaging. The marking method (including color codes) is specified by the manufacturer or the user. The mark should include the following: 1) Manufacturer’s name or trademark 2) Standard number 3) Nominal pressure (PN) 4) Nominal size (DN) 5) Material code. I think the first item is what should be mentioned
