Regarding the wall thickness of ball valve bodies

I am new to ball valve design, and I have some questions regarding the actual wall thickness of ball valves; please help me figure this out! As shown in the diagram, should the actual wall thickness of my valve body be taken as 48 or 14.6?
Theoretically, neither is correct; it should be the outer diameter minus half of the inner diameter. The dimension you indicated is the local thickness and cannot be considered as the wall thickness. However, the thickness at position 48 should be verified.
It is described in the standards; as mentioned above, what you have is called local thickness. The standards specify the relationship between various local thicknesses and the overall thickness.
