Could anyone in this group provide information on the manufacturers that supply sealing spare parts for the LF Luofu safety valve’s diaphragms? This valve is used in the alumina processing process, and it’s not clear whether the problem lies with the medium or with the quality of the product. The valve is made of 316L material, yet the diaphragm failure rate is over 80%; moreover, the manufacturers are unwilling to provide support, and the spare parts they offer cost almost as much as the valve itself, which is causing a lot of trouble for the factory. Additionally, these key spare parts don’t last long either. Therefore, I hope to get information from the original supplier regarding whether the issue is related to the material or something else
It is difficult to survive without good quality and service. Service improvement is the key.
Then find new suppliers – there’s always someone willing to take on the task, it depends on your purchasing capabilities.
There are many manufacturers of these safety valves; why must one use Luofu’s?

Replacing the bellows is a very complicated process; manufacturers probably use high prices to intimidate repair technicians in order to force them to replace the product directly.
Their estimate probably comes from a small factory; the quality of their bellows is poor. Send their bellows to other bellows manufacturers and ask them to fabricate ones for you
