For gas pipeline valves used in chemical plants, which connection methods are commonly used: threading, flanges, or direct welding?
Personally, I recommend flange connections; actually, this isn’t only true for gas pipelines – flange connections are also a good choice for valves, as they facilitate maintenance and replacement
Low-temperature liquefied natural gas LNG is generally welded by butt welding； Gaseous natural gas CNG is generally connected using flanges, while smaller diameters of DN15 and below can be connected using threads.
