Is there anyone who can handle 800um check valves? We need a miniature check valve that can be installed inside a tube with an inner diameter of 800um, in order to enable one-way airflow through the tube; good air flow performance is required Are there any tech experts or companies that can develop such a product? Ideas are also very welcome.
Is it 0.8mm? ? It’s like installing check valves in people’s blood vessels; the precision is extremely high. Pay attention to the reply.
It would be better to add a variable diameter; ones that small aren’t available
This would likely require consulting biology experts to find out which animals have blood vessels or similar structures with such a feature; biomimicry would probably be the most convenient approach. Here’s another purely theoretical idea: a group of cilia is connected at one end while the other end remains separate; membranes similar to webbing connect between the cilia. When fluid flows in the direction of the cilia, these membranes remain closed, but they open when the fluid flows in the opposite direction. Several such groups of cilia are fixed to the inner wall of the tube. . .
0.8MM? What is this project? Biotechnology or aerospace?
I really haven’t seen this before; I’ll wait for the experts
A valve with a value of 0.8 – interesting, I’ll keep an eye on it.
After thinking it over, the only option is the baffle + ball + tapered tube setup
I’m eager to see what happens – would it be suitable to remove the tip of a ballpoint pen and use it as a valve core?
Can a duckbill valve be made this small?
An axial flow check valve can be chosen; its structure is similar to that of a one-way valve in hydraulic systems. Please consult large valve manufacturers or manufacturers of mechanical valves for information
