What does the RO abbreviation under the on/off valve mean?

The control valves in the PID (those starting with XV) are marked with RO; this symbol isn’t visible on the diagram on the home page. I would like to ask the experts what this RO means – I’m new to this field and don’t understand it. Thank you.
Is a restriction orifice the same as a flow control orifice plate?
I generally only know FO/FC; I really don’t know RO.
