Help: The theoretical weight of pipes and pipe fittings according to the standards set by the Ministry of Chemical Industry

Dear experts, I’m a complete novice; my role involves ordering and inspecting equipment, pipes, and fittings used in the factory. I have some questions and would appreciate it if those who are more experienced could help answer them. Thank you: 1. When purchasing fittings such as elbows, tees, flanges, valves, etc., is it better to follow the standards set by the Ministry of Chemical Industry, or are national or American standards more appropriate? 2. Our factory currently purchases pipe fittings in accordance with the HG/T20592-2009 standard. Since there are several manufacturers, the weight and thickness of the pipe fittings they supply vary, and these differences also exist from one batch to another; therefore, we are concerned about potential impacts on quality. I checked, and there are no clear theoretical weight specifications for 20592; I’m not sure if there are any other standards
