In process pipelines, due to the inherent hazards of the materials being transported, it is necessary to use safe, reliable, and durable isolation valves to shut down the pipelines when needed. However, in practical use, traditional valves suffer from friction between the valve core and the sealing surface, which leads to wear of these sealing surfaces during repeated opening and closing operations. They are still different. The design of the lift rod in track ball valves involves positioning the valve ball on the downstream side, which allows for sealing only on one side. Moreover, for medium and high-pressure pipelines, the pin in track ball valves being a straight line requires very high hardness in the material used; ORBIT can meet these requirements, but domestic materials currently do not have such strength
