As the title suggests, I have a question: during a comprehensive inspection of pressure pipelines, when conducting tests such as thickness measurement, RT, and UT, is it possible to carry out these tests with the pipeline still filled with fluid or gas, without emptying it first? Is that correct? Based on what standard?
