Flange material category code

Dear experts, for forgings made of 12Cr1MoV, what is the material category code under either the national standard for steel pipe flanges or the standards set by the Ministry of Chemical Industry? Thank you. I checked the aforementioned standards, and the only one that is fairly similar is the category code for 12Cr2Mo1R.
SH/T3406-2013 1.16: Neither the national standards nor the Ministry of Chemical Industry’s flange standards list this set
Can it be understood in this way that the group that is not available cannot be used to manufacture flanges for relevant standards?
