I want to learn about *pipeline knowledge. I would like to ask where I can find information to compare these symbols shown in the drawings? What do FW2, fw1, 24‘npd, s5, G15-C(N-S), SP-19-609B2, and the like mean? ? ? I’m troubling everyone. Also, based on these characters, what books are good to buy?
I’m not very familiar with pipeline-related information either, but I can discuss valve-related topics.
Pipe rack, large end, small end, sleeve, elevation of pipe bottom, material medium, pipe section number, material
FW-field weld: The number refers to the sequence of the welds being welded on-site. NPD: normal pipe diameter – the nominal diameter of the pipe. S5: corresponds to the material table on the right; S: support – the fifth support in this drawing
G15-C(N-S) – this is the specific bracket identifier for S5; it is listed in the bracket specifications, referring to that particular bracket model
Single-tube drawing number: SP-19-609B2, the number of the next drawing it is connected to
Common pipe fittings include elbows, tees, reducers, etc. Elbows are used for changing direction, tees for creating branches, and reducers for adjusting pipe diameter. You can refer to GB/T 12459-2017, which contains all the codes and parameters related to these fittings
