Abnormal noise from the stop valve spool

There is abnormal noise coming from the valve stem of the stop valve; it sounds like something is hitting it. Could it be that the valve stem is damaged? One is abnormal noise from the valve core of a gas pipeline stop valve, and the other is abnormal noise from the valve core of a liquid pipeline stop valve. The valves are all installed in the correct direction, and there is a check valve behind each valve. It’s from the same manufacturer, so it’s not convenient to reveal. What are the possibilities?
The valve spool only makes a knocking sound if it is loose or fallen off; I wonder if it’s the noise caused by excessive flow velocity in the pipeline
