Meaning of pipeline grade number

As shown in the figure, what do codes such as 5BD4 and 5TB12R in the pipeline numbers represent? Is there a reference table?
Everything else has been found, but the 3.5-inch steam pipe hasn’t been located. What material is usually used for this kind of pipe?
Carbon steel is generally sufficient for steam pipes; for better performance, 20# steel can be used
We use 20G for 3.5MPA steam
Generally, it is the design institute itself that assigns these grade codes, and they vary from company to company
