Issues with nominal pressure PN?

I met an experienced colleague who knew that this valve is designed to handle 1.6 MPa. He wrote PN1.6; what I know is PN16 – which standard does the first part refer to?
The PN rating for old electrical standards is in MPa, for example, JB/T 4018-1999 \"Code for the designation of valves used in power stations\"
On 20592 of New Flange, PN16 corresponds to 1.6 MPa

Many applications use both PN16 and PN1.6 together, with both being considered to correspond to 1.6 MPa. I only know that PN16 represents 1.6 MPa; I’m not aware of which standard specifies that PN1.6 also equals 1.6 MPa
The old standards were all 1.6; 16 has been in use for 10 years now with 20592. Domestic standards are updated too slowly, not to mention people’s minds
PN16 should be written now. The older ones are also specified as PN1.6MPa. It seems there are really few that specify PN1.6
In version HG/T20592-1997, the unit is Mpa, specifically PN1.6Mpa. In version HG/T20592-2009, PN16 is used as the marking format throughout.
He is using the old standard, while you are using the new standard
