What is the difference between ASTM A106M and ASME B36.10M?

I don’t understand what the relationship is between these two standards?
Go and check the standards. . . ASME B36.10M provides information on the dimensions of pipes, such as outer diameter, wall thickness, Sch value series, etc.; it has nothing to do with the material ； ASTM A106 tells you that the pipe is made of carbon steel, not any other material, regardless of its appearance or whether it is welded or seamless.
One is the American Society for Materials and Testing, and the other is the American Society of Mechanical Engineers
ASME B36.10M is a pipeline specification standard, while ASTM A106M is a material specification standard.
