Is spiral ribbon stirring often used for crystallization? Currently, crystallized products are available in the temperature range from room temperature to -20°C. The company uses spiral agitators for crystallization, and the stirring is done at a slow pace; can anchor agitators be used as a substitute? Is the difference in effect significant?
Low-speed screw stirring is suitable for the crystallization process, while anchor stirring requires a relatively high rotation speed, which is not conducive to crystal seed growth.
