Ball valves with '→' must be installed on horizontal pipelines. When installing, install them correctly in the direction of the pressure relief port. Why is this?
It is understandable to install according to the pressure relief direction, but it is not necessarily horizontal installation.
There is no requirement to install it horizontally. Just ensure that the flow direction of the medium is consistent with the direction of the valve. Because only the outlet end can be sealed, the inlet end cannot be sealed, so there are flow direction requirements, but it does not mean horizontal installation.
For media that are easy to liquefy, the pressure will increase after vaporization. That is the direction of the pressure relief port to ensure safety.
