How is pressure testing conducted on high-pressure welding valves?
The valve body of the double-disc valve has a pressure testing hole at its bottom center; the plug can be removed to carry out pressure testing. Other welded valves can be pressure-tested on the valve pressure-testing platform.

Generally, pressure testing is carried out in the factory, and supervision is required as per the specifications. Even for small valves, pressure testing is done in the factory, with testing being conducted on-site along with the pipelines
