Dear gentlemen, 1/2"SW* What does φ16 card holder mean?

SW is socket welding, but I asked that the card sleeves sold are all wire-mouthed. Which size does this 1/2" count? Can I use ordinary ZG1/2 card φ16 instead?
One end is a 1/2-inch pipe, and the socket is welded to the connecting pipe.； The other end is a 16mm card sleeve. This is a solder style terminal connector.

Should be selected according to 3/8 inches
