The outlet temperature of oil-free vertical pumps is high; the air discharged from them is scalding hot, which poses a certain risk. I would like to ask everyone how to address this issue
1. The cooling system needs to be checked; if scaling is the cause, it will certainly affect heat dissipation. It is recommended to use softened water. 2. The circulating water should also be inspected to see if there is excessive sediment causing blockages; if so, the cooling system of the vacuum pump needs to be cleared.
It is better to inspect and address it as soon as possible; over time, wear and leakage, along with high temperatures, can pose safety risks.
