Experts, are there flue valves that can withstand high temperatures and acid corrosion? The flue gas temperature is 1050°C, and it contains acidic gases such as HCl and SO2; the combined volume percentage of these two gases does not exceed 1‰.

I don’t think there is any material that can withstand high temperatures and corrosion; yet some manufacturers, who may not have any knowledge of this industry, claim that such a material exists. So I was also a bit skeptical, and came to the forum to ask everyone. If such a material really exists, it would be great news for the waste incineration industry.
I haven’t had any actual experience with it, but high temperatures generally lead to oxidation or carbonization; I’ve never heard of corrosion occurring at high temperatures. It would be best to ask those who study materials about this. Also, what material are your pipes made of?
What is needed are the relevant technical parameters, such as operating temperature, operating pressure, and whether the valve is used under conditional settings or requires a sealed environment. There’s a big difference here
