Liquid present at the gas holder outlet

Why, after completing the lifting test on a wet-type gas holder, does the gas contain liquid for an extended period of time when discharged through the outlet? I would appreciate guidance from those with more experience. There is also the use of imported exhaust without liquid. Thank you all.
This is related to the water content in the feed gas (humidity). It is recommended to check whether there is a problem with the process at the gas supply company. For reference.
1. Settlement of gas condensate, less. 2. Leakage inside the water supply valve connecting the water seal and the sink. Too much water
