Hello sea friends! What does it mean when there is EJ=1.0 in the description of pipe material in the one-line diagram designed by SEI? Please answer. Please see the drawings

Hello! Thank you for your reply. I checked the pipeline characteristics table and the description of the RT detection ratio of this pipeline is 10%, not 100%, so I don't understand the meaning of this symbol.
This pipe is a welded steel pipe using electrofusion welding (EFW). The weld coefficient is required to be 1.0, so it must be 100% RT before leaving the factory. The RT detection ratio in the pipeline characteristics table is the construction inspection requirement for the pipeline system.
