Check whether the inlet and outlet of this safety valve are 300 pounds or 150 pounds? Could you also explain the information on the safety valve?
What is the diameter of yours, what’s the DN value?
Out of curiosity, what does the 150 on the safety valve mean?
300 pounds represents the pressure rating; 1 pound = 0.45 kg, and 1 kgf = 0.098 MPa. Therefore, 300 pounds = 300 × 0.45 × 0.098 MPa = 13.2 MPa
Inlet DN50, outlet DN80; the flange pressure rating is 150 pounds in both cases
150 pounds, which is equivalent to 2 Mpa
This one seems wrong; it can’t be that high, right?

I. WCB is a common material code for valves; it is a low-carbon steel with a carbon content of 0.3–0.5%. WCB is a cast carbon steel, while the forgings of WCB are A105. II. Chemical composition of WCB material: 1. Carbon (C) ≤ 0.302. 2. Manganese (Mn) ≤ 1.002. 3. Phosphorus (P) ≤ 0.04. 4. Sulfur (S) ≤ 0.045. 5. Silicon (Si) ≤ 0.60. Note: For every 0.01% decrease in C, Mn can increase by 0.04%, but Mn must not exceed 1.28%.
