What do the diamonds in a PID diagram represent?

It should be the interlock symbol for instruments
I’ve been following this post for several days now; I’m not sure whether it’s because the images you posted are too large and can’t be displayed, or if there’s something wrong with my computer – in any case, I can’t see the images at all. It’s really frustrating

It may vary depending on the different project design requirements or process packages. What I’ve come across so far, if it refers to instruments, it should be PLCs or interlocks ； If it refers to the diamonds marked on the pipeline, it denotes changes in conditions, including changes in design conditions, adiabatic conditions, and pipeline grades. Depending on the different process packages, there may be other definitions as well.
