The flange at the pipe outlet fails to pass the verification – does anyone have any valuable suggestions, or could someone share an Excel file used for this verification? The material is Gr?F11, and the medium is hot, high-pressure gas
The piping can be modified, but the review for the expansion joints was not approved
There are a few methods: change the direction of the pipeline, add adjusting brackets and springs, or simply upgrade the flange grade and change the material; take your time
Can the processing conditions for the flange be changed, or can the pressure and temperature resistance ratings of the flange be specified?

The material cannot be changed; in the end, the path of the pipeline was adjusted and springs were added
Is the NC3658 method or the Peq equivalent pressure method being used?
You might consider trying this, UG44 in ASME VIII-DIV.1
