After checking, it is a double-layer composite pipe; typically, the outer layer of carbon steel provides strength and rigidity, while the inner layer of alloy offers resistance to corrosion by chemical agents. It is used at sea; it’s not clear what the outer layer is made of, but it certainly isn’t ordinary carbon steel.
