In a natural gas pipeline that is in use for transporting gas, if I take any section of it at random (say 10 meters long), is the pressure within those 10 meters of pipeline the same?
Theoretically, they are different, but you can consider them the same – the difference is too small
It will definitely be the same after cutting, but it’s different when it’s being transported through a pipeline.
