Acid-resistant and medium-temperature non-metallic materials

Since the gas phase contains trace amounts of corrosive gases such as hydrogen fluoride and hydrogen chloride, with a temperature of 100–120°C and a slight negative pressure, do any of you have any suitable non-metallic materials to recommend? Paint works too, as long as it is easy to apply and the cost is not exorbitant.
Tetrafluorine materials can be used; the price is reasonable too. Where do you plan to use them? Pipes or equipment?
It depends on whether it is a pipe or some other type of device, and what its size is If it is a heat exchanger, graphite can be used ； If it is a reaction kettle, an enamel-lined kettle can be selected.
