How are the ‘three rates’ of instruments – integrity rate, utilization rate, and automatic control rate – calculated?
This post was last edited by jcicwht on 2017-2-6 at 10:17. Success rate = Number of successful cases / (Total number – Number of unsuccessful cases due to reasons other than instruments) * 100%; similar calculations apply elsewhere
It’s very simple: first, count the total number of instruments and the total number of control circuits. The integrity rate is calculated as follows: Integrity Rate = Number of intact instruments / Total number of instruments * 100%. The number of intact instruments refers to those that are not damaged. The utilization rate is calculated as: Utilization Rate = Number of instruments in use / Total number of instruments * 100%. The number of instruments in use refers to those that are not disabled or damaged. The automation rate is calculated as: Automation Rate = Number of circuits under automatic control / Total number of control circuits. The number of circuits under automatic control refers to those for which the PID parameters have been set appropriately, allowing the control valves to operate automatically
Just count them; what else can be used to keep track?
It mainly involves keeping track of the number of dashboard components and the number of circuits; the rest are just some calculation issues
