Guys, I need help! ! ! I want to know when to use pressure gauges with threaded connections and when to use those with flanged connections
Generally, they are corrosive; for media with high viscosity, pressure gauges with flange diaphragms are chosen
Connecting to floor 2. 1. For corrosive, viscous, crystallizable, or polymerizable media, use flange connections, and try to position the pressure tapping ports as far away as possible. 2. Media that are clean, pure, stable, and have good fluidity should be connected using threads; for media under extreme temperatures (high or low), thread connections should be combined with condensation coils, long pressure transfer pipes, condensation tanks, etc., to isolate them before measurement. Threaded connections are generally preferred as they are inexpensive, and it’s easy to add accessories to them. With the addition of pressure guiding pipes, they become even more flexible and facilitate waste discharge as well.
