Help!! ! ! Sodium hydroxide has gotten into the amine solution, resulting in the formation of sodium salts such as sodium bicarbonate and sodium carbonate. How can these be removed?

A pH of 13–14 indicates a significant amount of alkali leakage; normally, the pH value in MDEA is around 10. The result may affect the regeneration efficiency, leading to excessive hydrogen sulfide levels in the lean solution. It is recommended that you hire a professional company specializing in amine liquid purification to remove sodium ions, thereby lowering its pH value.
