During rain, it is necessary to adjust the pressure of the chlorine-hydrogen main pipe; especially in summer, when there are thunderstorms, the pressure in the main pipe fluctuates greatly. It is better to install the titanium pipes on the layer below the pipe tray

Under normal circumstances, rain does not cause significant fluctuations in the pressure in the chlorine main pipeline. However, during thunderstormy weather in summer, short periods of rainfall can lead to substantial pressure fluctuations in this pipeline; this is a normal phenomenon. Yet such situations are undesirable during normal production operations. This can be prevented through two main methods: first, during predictable stormy weather, the load on the electrolysis cells can be reduced, thereby minimizing pressure fluctuations in the chlorine pipeline; II. The PID parameters of the chlorine and hydrogen control valves are set to be quite sensitive, but this approach may result in large fluctuations in the pressure difference between chlorine and hydrogen under normal conditions.
Under normal circumstances, rain does not cause significant fluctuations in the pressure of the chlorine main pipe; it is the hydrogen pressure that is significantly affected. This is a normal phenomenon; I personally recommend adding an awning above the pipe.
If the fluctuations in the chlorine-hydrogen pressure difference are caused by temperature differences, the adjustment of this pressure difference can be temporarily changed from automatic to manual control, and then switched back to automatic after about ten minutes
Just set the internal chlorine pressure parameters properly; there should be no major issues, as we all do it this way. When it starts to rain, there is only a slight increase in fluctuations at first.
