Soda ash manufacturers in Henan

There should be soda ash in Jinshan in Jiaozuo and in the alkali mine in Nanyang.

Henan is not far from Shandong. Shandong has many soda ash plants, such as Haihua. You can buy it in Shandong.
Isn’t Henan’s soda ash enterprise large enough? Jinshan Chemical also has an annual output of one million tons
Henan Jinshan Chemical, Tangshan Sanyou Chemical, and Shandong Haihua are all good, and they don’t seem to have limited production.
Are there any alkali plants whose production has been restricted? It is better to stop production than to limit production
