For many years, there was a duty room next to the liquid chlorine filling station; it has undergone numerous renovations over the years. A new filling system software has been installed; recently, the company is working to meet safety production standards. It is said that when it’s time to be on duty, since computers are installed in those duty rooms, they must be removed and cannot be kept there; the problem is that the filling of gas cylinders involves manual removal and installation of the copper tubes used for filling. If it is remote, only alarms can be sent; the operator still needs to be on site. No one can say for sure what to do

I’m not quite sure what the original poster meant – dismantling a computer and installing copper pipes on-site are not mutually exclusive activities; does it mean that once an automatic filling system is in use, there’s no need for those actions anymore?
The duty room is equipped with computers that have overload alarms; this means there are people inside the building, which poses a risk. Duty rooms are not allowed – does Xiaoping understand?
