Since Ceramical Membrane was fully introduced by Kyogo Kogyo, there are now more manufacturers offering membrane tubes for selection. . . I’m seeking recommendations from colleagues for cost-effective membrane tube suppliers; thank you! Also, what is the typical usage cycle for the membrane tubes used by other companies in the same industry as Kyogo Kogaku, and is replacement necessary due to erosion or breakage when that cycle is reached?
Could everyone please explain the energy consumption ratio of ceramic membranes as well as their operational durability?
Our company started using ceramic membranes in 2013, and they have been operating at their designed capacity. The original manufacturer suggested replacing the membrane tubes, but since the water production remains normal, no replacement has been carried out yet.
