To separate ammonium chloride crystals from an ammonium chloride solution, an evaporator can certainly be used. An MVR evaporator can be employed for concentration; direct crystallization is somewhat difficult due to the relatively high increase in the boiling point of ammonium chloride. A two-effect high-concentration process followed by cooling for crystallization is also a good option. Additionally, ammonium chloride is quite corrosive, so equipment made of titanium material is required
