Hello, seniors! This is my first time dealing with the design for liquefying liquid chlorine, and I have the following questions for those with more experience: 1. The elevation of the nitric trichloride discharge tank is the same as that of the neutralization tank, making it difficult for nitric trichloride to flow from the discharge tank to the neutralization tank on its own. Is it possible to use nitrogen pressure to push it into the neutralization tank? I read in some literature that the nitrogen trichloride discharge pipeline shouldn’t have U-shaped bends, right? 2. With a gasification capacity of 20 t/h (with only a gasifier within the boundary area), how often needs it to be emptied? How many are arranged each time? What is the typical capacity of a neutralization tank? Thank you to all the seniors.

Wouldn’t it be better to discharge the wastewater directly into the neutralization tank?
In our plant, everything goes directly into the neutralization tank; there are no intermediate tanks designed.
