Our factory is a newly established small facility; the first phase has already been put into operation while the second phase is under construction. We are now need to select instruments for the utility systems, such as those for water, wastewater, compressed air, steam, chlorine, chilled water, etc. It is necessary to handle the accounting for the utility systems in Phase 1 and Phase 2 separately – one set of instruments for Phase 1 and another set for Phase 2. The instrumentation for Phase 1 was supplied and installed by a third party; now we need to handle the utility system for Phase 2 on our own. Please share your suggestions regarding the selection of instruments and your experience with them. For Phase 1, the instruments used were electromagnetic flowmeters, wedge flowmeters, vortex flowmeters
