The problem of clogged spray valves in PVC polymerization reactors: In actual production, the issue of clogged spray valves in these reactors occurs frequently. I would like to ask the experienced users on this forum how such problems can be prevented and improved, as well as what the causes are
Have you analyzed whether the blockage is caused by an issue with the valve material or by the process medium? I feel that this medium tends to get clogged at low flow rates; could it be that the temperature isn’t right?
