Utilization of mixed salts

My company has a mixed salt consisting of sodium sulfate and sodium carbonate (with a small amount of sodium bicarbonate). How can these two salts be separated, or how can this mixed salt be used to produce sodium thiosulfate?
Sodium sulfate cannot be used to produce sodium thiosulfate!
Sodium carbonate is used to produce sodium thiosulfate, after which sodium thiosulfate is separated from sodium sulfate
