【Job Responsibilities】1. Carry out production tasks in accordance with the production plan, ensure the smooth operation of the washing powder and sodium silicate workshop, and guarantee the reliability of production processes； 2. Ensure product quality and output in accordance with the production process flow ； 3. Responsible for ensuring the rational allocation of instruments, meters, equipment, and other related materials, as well as controlling maintenance costs. 4. Continuously optimizing processes to reduce production costs and energy consumption. 5. Other requirements set by superior supervisors: 1. No specific educational background required; at least 5 years of experience in equipment management in sodium silicate production workshops, or experience in the production and manufacturing of pressure vessels or in equipment management within the chemical industry. 2. Strong sense of responsibility and hardworking attitude ； 3. Possess strong communication, coordination, and management skills. 4.
