Tianyuan Shares will build a new titanium dioxide production facility using the chlorination method

Recently, Tianyuan Co., Ltd. issued a announcement stating that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Yibin Tianyuan Haifeng Hetai Co., Ltd., plans to expand its production capacity by constructing a new facility on land reserved by the company, with the aim of producing 100,000 tons of titanium dioxide produced by the chlorination method per year. The announcement states that the total investment in Tianyuan Shares’ aforementioned project is 1.483 billion yuan, the project construction period is 24 months, and the funds will come from internal sources. Tianyuan Shares stated that titanium dioxide produced by the chlorination method is a key component of the company’s strategy of developing high-functional new materials as part of its \"one core, two wings\" approach; the construction of related facilities will help increase the company’s overall titanium dioxide production capacity and enhance its competitiveness in the market. At the same time, Tianyuan Shares is deepening its integrated circular industry framework based on \"chlorine-titanium-phosphorus-iron-lithium,\" and this project also enables the effective recycling of solid waste resources.
