Shilian Chemical (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned enterprise invested and established by Taiwan Glass Group, one of the five largest glass manufacturing industries in the world. Utilizing Huai'an's rich underground salt mine resources, we will build a 1 million tons/year joint alkali project in the Huai'an Salt Chemical Industry New Zone. The total investment of the project is estimated to be 10 billion yuan. The first phase of the project has a production capacity of soda ash and ammonium chloride units of 1 million tons/year each, and is equipped with a 400,000 tons/year ammonia synthesis unit. The establishment of Shilian Chemical's factory is based on the most advanced technology, the highest technical level, the best working environment, and the most competitive modern factory. 1. The entire Shilian Chemical plant is designed by Tianjin Bohai Chemical Design Institute ; 2. The salt production plant is designed by Swiss Bertrams/Salt & Evaporation Plants Ltd., and the main equipment is all made of titanium. ; 3. The air separation plant adopts a complete set of large-scale 60,000NM3/H O2 air separation equipment from Air Liquide of France. ; 4. The coal gasification plant is designed by Hualu Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. The gasification adopts the American GE coal-water slurry coal gasification technology, and the purification adopts the German Lurgi and French liquid air purification technology. ; 5. The synthetic ammonia plant adopts technology from Swiss Casale Company ; 6. The joint soda ash plant adopts the joint soda ash production process invented by China's Dr. Hou Debang, equipped with the Italian FL Smidth Eimco. company's "belt alkali filter" and the Tianjin Soda Plant's patented technology "liquid phase hydration method" to 100% produce low-salt, high-quality heavy soda ash with a salt content of less than 0.1%. ; 7. The gas-electricity symbiotic power plant is designed by the Heilongjiang Electric Power Survey and Design Institute. It uses a circulating fluidized bed Taishuo Heavy Industry boiler and is equipped with a large-scale closed coal bunker fully automatic stacking and reclaiming system. The flue gas adopts ammonia desulfurization and denitrification technology. ; 8. The packaging factory adopts fully automatic packaging equipment from German Havo Company. ; 9. The bag making factory adopts fully automatic bag making equipment from Austrian Starlinger Company. ; 10. Self-build a 1-kilometer-long river terminal and a dedicated railway line directly leading to the finished product warehouse, and a mechanized logistics system ; 11. The office building was designed by Portuguese architect Alvaro Siza, winner of the Pritzker Architecture Prize. ; The staff dormitory building was designed by Dahan Xueyi Design Engineering Company and Qiu Wenjie Architect, Master of Architecture from Harvard ; The restaurant and VIP building were designed by Xie Wenzhi Architects of Agreement Architecture.

The project is scheduled to be produced in September 2012 and is now in the intense construction stage.
If you want to use titanium equipment, you can contact me. Titanium equipment is also used in soda ash production now, right?
When will the owner's company be able to start production? I feel like there are a few of you there that I might think.
The progress is slow and the unit price is too low to be interesting. Taiwanese projects are only suitable for small bosses.
