Our chelating resin column has been in operation for over four years now, and sufficient resin is added each year as required to maintain the height of the resin layer. What is the normal service life of chelating resins? Without the influence of other external factors, and with strict control of the parameters of the brine fed into the tower over the long term as required, could it happen that the chelating resin reaches the end of its useful life and thus fails suddenly?
