It’s like an army barracks: soldiers come and go; it’s hard to attract and retain them. I’ve been at this for almost two years now, and I’ve seen several moderators come and go. Still, I must find a way to recruit some dedicated individuals to join us
I’d really like to apply, but I can’t guarantee that I’ll be online every day.
Can we guarantee an average of 2 hours per day?
Two hours should be sufficient, right? Is it okay both at night and during the day?

You don’t seem to be online very often. Additionally, please provide posts that you consider to be of relatively high quality.
It’s guaranteed to have 30 hours of online time; under normal circumstances, 60 hours should be fine as well.
